About the Program 

What is Ignite? 
Ignite is a 10-week intensive startup accelerator held at Sauna, Otaniemi, Finland. The program helps participants take their ideas to the next level by building the first version of their product and securing their first paying customer. 

Who Can Apply? 

  • Individuals or teams (team formation support provided). 
  • No prior experience or company-building knowledge required. 
  • Participants must have the skills to develop their product during the summer. 


Program Highlights: 

  • Location: Startup Sauna, Otaniemi, Finland 
  • Duration: 10 weeks (full-time commitment expected) 
  • Support: Personal grants, 10 ECTS credits, accommodation if needed. 
  • Mentorship: Access to a global network of mentors and industry experts.

  • Free to join, no equity taken. 
  • Ideal for early-stage founders with a problem they’re passionate about solving. 
  • Open to students and non-students alike.

  • Will my startup get funding? Not directly, but we focus on removing early bottlenecks for great ideas.
